HL Heading Down As Anticipated In C of (4)

See below how Hecla (HL) headed down from $5.26 on the Sep 21 chart and is now bouncing in wave iv of C, heading for OML towards our C of (4) target near $4.10 -- without our needing to adjust the C of (4) position at all!
